Jeffrey Saenz, Associate

Jeffrey Saenz joined G.C.A.K. as an associate attorney in the fall of 2022. A San Antonio native, Jeff focuses his practice on civil defense litigation.
After graduating from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science, Jeff attended St. Mary’s University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2018. As a law student, Jeff worked as a law clerk at multiple firms, gaining valuable experience in various fields of law, including intellectual property, DTPA, Business Litigation and Criminal Law. Upon passing the Texas Bar Exam, he has continued practicing in several areas of law, including representing both plaintiffs and defendants in trademark litigation, business litigation, family law, and insurance defense. Since beginning his practice, Jeff has achieved numerous favorable judgments and settlements for his clients in counties across the state. His strong client advocacy has resulted in his selection as one of San Antonio’s Top Attorneys by S.A. Scene and San Antonio Magazine.
Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys spending family time with his wife Paulina and his children Benjamin and Lucia. Together, they enjoy hunting, fly fishing, hiking and cheering on the San Antonio Spurs, the Baylor Bears, and Chelsea F.C.
